We raise all of our animals naturally (as they should be!) in an environment free from any growth hormones, herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers. The poultry roam freely across our seven acre farm foraging from the pastures as they will. We care deeply about old fashion quality and raise heritage breeds of birds and pigs. We’re lucky to have a butcher (Sebastien) & abbatoir (butcher shop) on-site, keeping the entire process in our hands, on and our farm.
In true “old fashioned” ways, we utilize our animals from nose to tail, often creating delectable products from the innards and organs. Though our harvest seasons vary for animals, we offering whole poultry & pork, and select cuts. In our commercial kitchen French chef Sebastien whips together an extensive and always rotating selection of sausages, charcuterie, fats & stocks.
